Research
If you’re curious about how ideas, policies, and design can transform communities, this is for you. As a Research Fellow, you’ll work on data design, field insights, and social analysis to turn complex findings into meaningful narratives that drive real change.
Video Editing
We’re seeking a visual storyteller who can bring community stories to life through film and motion. From documenting local initiatives to editing short digital campaigns, you’ll help archive voices from the hills and turn them into impactful visual experiences.
Legal Consultant
Guide compliance and policy strategy to build strong systems that safeguard our mission on the ground.
Web Developer
Use your tech skills, whether in software, analytics, design, or engineering, to build tools that serve real communities.
